Quick delivery as usual and very tasty!

No idea what you have done Wok Ninjas but since your 3 week holiday you've came back like a completely different takeaway - Your food used to be good but now it's just awful. The quality of the beef was very poor. You also ignored my note saying no peas. I was a regular customer and I won't be back.

30 minutes wait for collection from stated time when ordering.

I'm totally shocked at being told our order would be delivered at 19.40pm, and it came and went, no update on account or anything. I tried to call and it went onto mail box saying full. So got in touch with Mealzo itself who got you obviously through a mobile maybe. I got cut off from messaging Mealzo, and ended up phoning Mealzo. They said it was to be 15 mins. It arrived at 20.55pm. Well over an hour late, and 2 hours later after order.

Arrived about 10 minutes early, food was hot and very tasty as always.

For the first time ever my chicken dish wasnt up to standard, I had lemon chicken for a change and the chicken was tough/chewy, texture was as tho it had been cut/cooked wrongly! Very disappointing , I’ll just be ordering the honey chilli shredded chicken in future

The delivery took 2 hours to arrive and when it did come the order was wrong tried to call and complain but the phone went staight to voicemail and the voicemail box was full so again i could not complain , i would ask for my money back but i would not get a response.
