Pre-ordered food for delivery at 6.30 pm. Arrived at 6.45pm, but was piping hot and very tasty. Asked for beef curry to be made extra hot and it hit the spot! Salt & Chilli Haggis Bon Bons delicious and accompaniments of Sale & Chilli Chips and normal Chips went down a treat. Would defo recommend.

Three hours for a collection take away! Website says 90 minutes. Walk in customers getting priority over online orders makes no sense.

Apologies for letting you down and wasting so much of your time. We were slow to react to the tsunami of orders we had received and should have closed our web/app orders much earlier. We will be working with Mealzo to tackle certain aspects of our processes to improve our service. Sorry.

Waited over three hours for my collection. I understand that it's a busy night but after being told it would be ready after 2 hours I then sat outside for a further 45 minutes and had to speak to the people 4 times and kept being told 5/10 mins. Order wasn't even followed, was given veg when asked not to.

If I could no stairs I would order confirmed 7:05 rang the the restaurant at 8:30 only to be told at least another hour still never came by 9;45 demanded a refund 😡

We'd like to sincerely apologize for our drop in service on xmas eve. We were completely overwhelmed by the amount of orders we received. We have already reviewed our processes for the future and will discuss with Mealzo to improve our customer experience. Changes will be implemented immediately.

Chow mein was lovely, king prawn curry was good but so peppery.

As usual 10/10 for quality and quantity.

Have ordered from here a few times and has always been lovely. However, after finding meat in my vegetarian dish last night we won’t be back.

Food was excellent but far too many onions in the curry

I waited an hour and 5 minutes before phoning to find out where my food was. I was told it was just leaving the shop. However it took another 20 minutes to arrive. Was my order forgotten?
