Can’t say a bad word about this place, food is constantly excellent, cooked fresh and ready in minutes, always a friendly face when you go to collect it..

Have ordered from here a few times and has always been lovely. However, after finding meat in my vegetarian dish last night we won’t be back.

I waited an hour and 5 minutes before phoning to find out where my food was. I was told it was just leaving the shop. However it took another 20 minutes to arrive. Was my order forgotten?

Order took nearly an hour and 45 minutes to arrive, despite the delivery time being down as 50 minutes. I had to phone twice to check on the delivery.

Very tasty food at a reasonable price, delivery took 1hr 25mins when the app said would be 30 mins, food was hot and fresh so obviously had been made recently so no complaints on that front but more accurate estimated time on the app would be better

We ordered online and originally it said 8.30pm to collect. We then got a message at 8.05pm saying it was ready. When I arrived at the shop there were at least 10 people in the queue and I waited till 8.30pm for meal. This is a good Chinese but if they don't listen to reviews which they don't they won't have any customers. Please read reviews and listen to customers, respond and take action or else what's the point in asking for customers opinions.

Waited a while for collection after being told it would be 2 minutes. When asking again told it was being bagged up. This took another 4-5 minutes. Then when leaving was asked for payment, which had been done when ordered. Once checked it was confirmed as having already been paid. Overall poor service which has happened previously. Food of good standard but Customer Service needs looked at.

Really good range of tasty vegetarian food. We really appreciate how many vegetables are in each dish, and the tofu is also excellent. We like that the food is varied and not too greasy as well. Delivery took 20 mins longer than the estimated time, but we understand it was a Friday evening.

The order came after a long wait, which I appreciate cannot be helped. More annoyingly, the sweet and sour sauce was not included in the order. By this point I could not be bothered with the hassle of contacting the restaurant for this. Just annoying considering the price paid for the meal and it arrives incomplete...
